The American Red Cross in Nassau County is grateful to all who purchased tickets and joined us for American Red Cross Night, Dec. 26th. As part of the evening's festivities, the NY Islanders presented a check for $21,000 to George Rainer, Chairman of the Board. Additionally, the Nassau Red Cross received $1,242 from the game's 50/50 Raffle.

Plus, the 15,000-plus fans in attendance were treated to the surprise return of All-Star Goalkeeper Rick DiPietro and Defenseman Bruno Gervais. The Islanders capped off the evening with a 4-1 victory!
