BALDWIN, N.Y., March 15, 2010 -- With 35,000 Nassau County households still without power following the weekend's nor'easter, the American Red Cross in Nassau County will open a shelter this evening in Baldwin. The shelter will be located at the Baldwin School District Office, 960 Hastings Street. It will open at 6:30 p.m.
